🍷 Tasting notes

Deep red with purple hues. An intense nose of blackberry, dark cherry and fresh leather, with savoury and spicy nuances. Full and imposing on the palate, showing concentrated black fruit, fine tannins and a structured yet refined texture. The finish is long, generous and persistent.

🍽️ Food pairing

Excellent with duck breast, beef, roast lamb, venison and slow-cooked meat dishes. Also a superb partner for mature hard cheeses and truffle-based dishes.
